Free Checking at UMB Bank
All employees of the district are eligible for free checking at UMB banks in the metro area (KS or MO). The following rules apply:
- Regular Checking Account
- No minimum balance
- $100 to open the account
- No monthly maintenance fees
- Coupons for discounts on other banking services; includes coupon for one free order of printed checks
Let them know you are with the "Kansas City Kansas Public Schools". Account must be opened at 600 Minnesota Ave. location. Proof of employment is required.
