Employees' Assistance Program (EAP)

Are you dealing with stress or depression? Do you wish you had someone to talk to about your marriage or family concerns? Is there a workplace conflict that you need help with? The Employee Assistance Program is here to help!

The Employee Assistance Program (EAP) offered through New Directions Behavioral Health helps you find answers to problems you face in your personal life and at work. The EAP also offers information through training, newsletter, and their web site, to help you as you confront day to day challenges.

This confidential program is available to all District employees and their immediate family members.

The New Directions Behavioral Health EAP benefits also consist of a legal referral program that includes a 30 minute consultation with an attorney as well as help with financial and credit problems via a referral to a credit consultant as needed.
