Albino Huetta, Mexican laborer whose home at Turner, Kansas, was burned Tuesday morning, charges that the fire was part of a plot on the part of the American residents to drive him and his fellow countrymen from the town. Huetta claims he received letters threatening his life and property which he has turned over to the United States district attorney. Alander Linf, assistant chief of the fire department of Kansas City, Kansas, which extinguished the flames, state that the fire was of incendiary origin.

An investigation will be made.
