Trouble Caused by Objection of Parents is Near International Proportions

Attorney General's Letter Seeks Cooperation of Wyandotte County

That trouble caused by the objection of patrons of several Kansas City's schools to the enrollment of Mexican pupils in those schools has assumed international proportions was indicated this morning by Harry Hayward, county attorney general of Kansas.

A complaint from the Mexican embassy at Washington which was filed with Frank B. Kellogg, secretary of state, brought a demand two weeks ago from Kellogg to Governor Paulen that state authorities check up on the violation of the treaties existing between Mexico and the United States to public schools.
