That the Kansas City Board of Education recognizes a group of three paraprofessionals from St. Pt. North Elementary School, Pamela Johnson, Melanie Cummings-Lewis, Lakisha Piper, and the SPED Teacher from their class room, Tammy Silva, at St. Pt. North Elementary School as the Employees of the Month for April 12, 2016, as recommended by Dr. Evelyn Hudson, Board of Education Member and Chairperson for the Employee of the Month Committee.

“I am a substitute for the district, and would like to recommend Room 6 at Stony Point North Elementary School as Employees of the Month.  I understand that this will be four district employees at one time, but they work as a team and the work they have done with the students in that room is amazing and wonderful!   I have had a firsthand look at that room for the last two years and the progress of those students will continue to be in my mind.  Their consistent training of their students is very much appreciated by the kindness and patience that is shown.   Thank you for honoring this group of wonderful staff from room 6 at Stony Point North Elementary”.

Sincerely submitted,
Marilyn E. Murphy, Substitute
