The Facilities Maintenance Department supports the efforts of the District to achieve the goals and values as stated on the District’s Continuous Improvement plan, and strives to provide clean, safe and comfortable learning environments for our students and staff.

The District’s facilities consist of 56 buildings, containing nearly 3,900,000 square feet of floor space. The current average age of all facilities is approximately 60 years old. However, through the generous support of the community, the District is working to make significant improvements to existing schools, along with the construction of several new schools.

The maintenance department encompasses all building maintenance and improvements, grounds care and custodial services.
