Early in-person voting and mail-in ballot drop off is available at three locations!

Election Office:
850 State Avenue, Kansas City, KS 66101
October 20 through October 23 (T-F): 8 a.m. – 5 p.m.
Saturday, October 24: 10 a.m. -4 p.m.
October 26 through October 30 (M-F): 8 a.m. – 5 p.m.
Saturday, October 31: 10 a.m. -4 p.m.
Monday, November 2:  8 a.m. – 12 Noon

You can also deliver your mail-in ballot to this office no later than 7:00 p.m. on Election Day. They are open Monday-Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. and on Election Day until 7 p.m. If you have someone else deliver your ballot for you, you should write their name in the space provided in Statement 2 on your return envelope and have them sign on the line provided before you seal the envelope.

Vote by Mail

A lot of counties sent mail-in ballot applications this year. If you turned it back in, your ballot will be sent some time after Oct. 14

Worried about your ballot getting in on time?

  • Drop your ballot at any early coting location
  • Drop your ballot at any designated “dropbox”
  • Drop your ballot at your County Clerk or Election Office
  • Drop it at your polling place on Election Day

Vote in Person (Early or on Election Day!)

Check KSBallot.org on 10/14 to see a list of early voting locations. And of course, the polls will be open until 7 p.m. on Election Day!
